The Roman Theatre Museum in Cartagena offers a workshop for schoolchildren focused on Roman theatre and its political and religious function. Participants will learn about the gods and myths represented in Roman theatre. The workshop
covers
the history of Carthago Nova and Roman theatre. It will introduce participants to Roman theatre, its structure and function, as well as the myths depicted in the theatre building: Juno, Jupiter, Minerva, Apollo, Mars, and many more. The activity concludes with a fun game, the "Myths Wheel," at the Roman Theatre.
The workshop
aims to provide students with knowledge about theatre and the main myths represented.
First, they will be given a brief explanation of the content through an audiovisual presentation, followed by a dynamic and engaging tour of the Museum and the Theatre, culminating in the "Myths Wheel."  
TARGET AUDIENCE :
This activity is suitable for secondary and high school students.
MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE: 30 STUDENTS.
