Syracuse Style Belt Clasp. 6th-7th Centuries AD.

This bronze clasp has an oval-shaped buckle. The decoration is formed by a series of engraved lines around the decorative portion, showing a floral design. This example was found construction cavity under the floor of room 29, in the aditus oriental area of the theatre.
