The Roman Theatre Museum has scheduled various family activities and guided tours with Cartagena Puerto de Culturas for the months of March and April, including Easter.
A FABLEFUL THEATRE. Family activity
Participants will learn through an engaging tour how ancient fables and plays have reached us. They will discover how books were stored and what theatrical performances were like. We will journey back in time, guided by Augustus, who founded the first public libraries in Rome, and arrive at the Roman theater, where we will participate in a comedy by Plautus.

THEATER AT THE DOMUS OF THE PORTICO
The route will begin at the Roman Theatre Museum and upon leaving the monument we will continue towards one of the most typical corners of the old Fishermen's Quarter, the alley of Solitude, to visit the remains preserved in the Domus of the Portico.
Location : Roman Theatre Museum and Portico House. Days : Sundays in March and April. Time : 11:00 a.m. Price : €7.

LUCRECIA PRIMA, CITIZEN OF CARTHAGO NOVA. Guided tour
A guided tour that reveals the daily life of Lucretia Prima in ancient Carthago Nova, visiting the city's main monuments, from her family home, the Domus della Fortuna, to the forum, the Sanctuary of Isis, taking a relaxing bath in the thermal baths, or attending the theater with her husband
Tour : House of Fortune, Forum Quarter and Roman Theatre.

A guided tour of the Roman Theatre Museum in Cartagena with virtual reality will allow you to immerse yourself in the ancient building through a 3D recreation displayed on tablets. You'll be able to see what the Roman theatre looked like in the 1st century, view the virtually reconstructed painted decoration of the portico, and much more.

ROMAN AND MEDITERRANEAN CARTAGENA. Guided tour with boat trip
Cartagena became one of the most important metropolises in the Mediterranean during antiquity. The route begins at the Roman Theatre Museum, which reflects the power of Rome, and continues to the Forum Museum, the Spanish Pompeii, where the Roman Baths, majestic buildings adorned with paintings, and sacred sites such as the sanctuary of Isis and Serapis are located. Furthermore, Cartagena cannot be fully understood without considering its proximity to the sea. Thus, this route concludes with a boat trip around the bay where Phoenicians, Greeks, Carthaginians, and Romans once sailed.
