Route with a taste of History
The route that begins at the Museum of the Roman Theater to discover the splendor of Carthago Nova, will continue through a complete Roman house, with beautiful mosaics and paintings until reaching the Punic wall, from where Hannibal left to confront Scipio. The route ends with a tapas tasting of rich Mediterranean cuisine.

FROM THEATER TO THE DOMUS DEL PÓRTICO. Guided tour
The route will begin at the Museum of the Roman Theater, it will continue through the rooms of the Museum until we reach the magnificent Roman Theater, when leaving the monument we will continue towards one of the most typical corners of the old Fishermen's Quarter, the Callejón de la Soledad, to go to visit the remains of the portico of the theater preserved in the Domus del Pórtico.

TREASURES OF ROME. Guided tour
In the Museum of the Roman Theater, you will see the magnificent ornamental program until you reach its imposing bleachers, to continue to the Forum Museum, which houses archaeological treasures, such as paintings and sculptures, from the hot springs and temples of a great city Empire.

COME TO THE THEATER. ROMAN I AM. Family activity
A dynamic visit, where the origin of the theater will be known by introducing us to the theatrical performances at the Fiestas in honor of Dionysus. Upon arrival at the site, a comedy and a musical dithyramb will be staged.

JULIO CÉSAR AND THE DREAMED CITY. Dramatized route
Julio César awarded Cartagena the name “Colonia Urbs Iulia Nova Cartago” as a merit, as a reward for the services rendered in the civil war against Pompey. From the hand of the divine Caesar, great conqueror, and his eternal lover, we will know his life in the city that considered that whoever owned Carthago Nova, dominated Hispania. This is how he designed the forum, the baths and the great Roman theater.
